About us

SAE Partners was founded in 2021 as a partnership between Anuj Dua, AIA, Dan Mahoney and Jason Tolleson.

Anuj as the former principal architect of SPAD Architects Inc and Jason and Dan, founders of Serrano Development Group and Pacific Empire Builders have worked closely together since 2012.

With the intent to bring development, construction and design expertise under one umbrella SAE and its sister companies led by Jason and Dan reinforce the synergies and purpose of each component, while ensuring SAE's practice of Architecture and focus on design is continually informed by our in-house team of development and construction professionals.

SAE provides complete Architectural and Engineering services to a variety of Private and Public clients delivering projects of high quality on time and on budget.
