Mixed-Use: Lumia
The Lumia is a mixed use project in Downtown Azusa, located immediately adjacent to the Downtown Azusa Metro Gold Line Station. The project will consist of 127 luxury apartments and approximately 12,000 square feet of retail.
Workplace: CFS San Bernardino
The 4.66 Acre site located off South E Street in San Bernardino, CA features an approximately 44,000- square foot, ground-up, new construction office building and related site improvements for the Children and Family Services – Special Services Department of the County of San Bernardino. The office building features interior office improvements per the County of San Bernardino requirements and approximately 360 on-grade parking stalls.
Housing: Edgeway
The Edgeway is a mixed use project in the heart of Downtown Bellflower. Located on Bellflower Boulevard, just one block south of the future West Santa Ana Metro line, the project features 91 luxury apartments and approximately 14,000 square feet of retail.
